Growing up I always wanted to pursue computer science, information technology. I ended up going in to law (public interests/poverty law). Moved to DC after graduating from college to work for the government and go to law school here. Coming from Rochester, NY (a much more down to earth, provincial working class city), it took me many years to adjust to DC (a very pretentious, and materialistic city). I am a relaxed, easy going kind of guy. I enjoy going out to the local haunts on the weekends, but I am generally partial to spending time with close friends. I always enjoy delving into new culinary experiences and sharing introspective conversation over a glass of wine or a few cocktails. I love listening to live music, going to the movies, people watching, or even staying in on a rainy day curled up with a DVD and a bowl of popcorn. Perhaps my most profound interest at the moment is photography, both creating my own masterpieces, and enjoying the genius of others. In my spare time, I am also a pretty active kind of guy, as I often enjoy playing and watching athletics of all kind, swimming, hiking, working out, and gaming (PC/Play station/Nintendo). I enjoy traveling about when I have the opportunity. Strategically executed weekend getaways are the perfect ways to add a little spice and adventure to life. I am hard working guy who loves to laugh and have fun, even at work. I am mature and professional when necessary, but do not let that interfere with my "boyish" desire to be silly and have fun in any situation.
